‘Axelyf and Mote Therapeutics Form Alliance to Provide Off-the-Shelf In Vivo T-Cell Targeted Delivery for Nucleic Acids’

Axelyf, Inc. and Mote Therapeutics have entered into a cross-license agreement combining Axelyf’s next-generation lipid nanoparticle (LNP) technology with Mote’s T-cell targeting binder to provide a complete, targeted delivery solution for in vivo CAR-T therapies.

The agreement gives third-party developers access to both technologies under a single license, simplifying the development of targeted T-cell therapies. Axelyf’s LNP platform has demonstrated up to 4x higher protein expression than current clinical-stage benchmarks in head-to-head non-human primate studies, while Mote’s modular binder enables targeted delivery to CD8+ T cells.
